Shop Policy

❀ No returns, refunds or exchanges on any custom or premade items. All products are handmade and go through multiple quality checks before they are shipped, ensuring every tag is up to standard. As our tags are made with resin, they may have some micro bubbles. These will not have an overall effect on the tag nor will they be incredibly noticeable. Sometimes they happen, and though we take the steps to remove them, it is hard to prevent them completely.

❀ Once an item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All processing times are currently 3 - 4 weeks. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we take our work seriously and pride ourselves on our customer service. If there is an issue, we will make sure it is resolved.

If a color suggestion is left, we will do our best to work your order around it but there are no guarantees. If you are looking for something particular, please consider purchasing a custom instead.
